Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use University of SEO. By creating an account or buying anything on the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account per person. Do not share or sell accounts.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after a warning where possible.

2. Courses and content

  • When you enrol, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course for your own learning for as long as the platform offers it, or for the access period shown at purchase.
  • Do not copy, record, resell or share course videos, files, templates or lab material.
  • Course content teaches SEO practice. Search engines change often, and no course or service can guarantee rankings or traffic.
  • Answer quizzes, exams and Arena challenges yourself. Do not share or collect answers, guess answers with scripts, use several accounts, or try to get around proctoring, rate limits, watch-time checks or other protections. Some exams are proctored with your camera after you agree to it (see the Privacy Policy). Cheating can lead to a voided attempt, removed rewards and certificates, and suspension of the account.

3. The Lab and the Arena

  • Only submit websites you own or have written permission to test. Do not use the Lab to scan, attack or overload any site.
  • Practice targets are built to be broken. Do not try to attack the platform itself or other users.
  • Grades come from automated server-side checks and, for some tasks, instructor review. Attempts to cheat the checks lead to removed rewards and may lead to suspension.

4. Coins, dollars, badges and levels

  • Coins, badges and levels are rewards for learning activity. Coins can be converted to dollars, sent to other members or withdrawn only through your wallet, within the limits shown there. Badges and levels cannot be transferred.
  • Coins are credited after an admin approves the activity that earned them. We may reverse rewards earned through mistakes, duplicate activity or cheating.
  • Items bought with coins in the University Shop are licensed for your own use.

5. Certificates

Certificates confirm that you completed a course on this platform. Each one has a public verification page. We may revoke a certificate obtained through cheating.

6. Community rules

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate, spam, self-promotion without permission or sharing of other people's private data.
  • Post your own work, or credit the source. Do not share pirated material.
  • You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to show it on the platform.
  • Moderators may edit, hide or remove content that breaks these rules.

7. Payments and refunds

  • Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by the payment provider you choose. Bank transfers are confirmed after our team checks the receipt.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

8. Licensed templates and tools

Some templates and tools come with a licence key. A key may be used only on the number of sites shown at purchase, and may be revoked if it is shared or resold.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or ranking changes resulting from the use of the platform or its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Changes and governing law
