Refund Policy

Courses and bundles

  • You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 30% of the course (for a bundle, less than 30% of its courses in total).
  • Refunds are not available after a certificate has been issued for the course.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. For bank transfers and mobile wallets we refund to the account you paid from. Processing can take up to 14 working days, depending on the provider.
  • After a refund, access to the course, its downloads and any licence keys from the purchase ends.

Bootcamps and live sessions

Bootcamp seats can be refunded in full up to 7 days before the start date. After that, we can move you to a later cohort when one is available.

Shop items, ebooks and licensed templates

Digital files that have already been downloaded or opened, and licence keys that have been revealed, cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty and we cannot fix it.

Coins

Coins are not refundable. Items bought with coins can be returned within 7 days if they were not downloaded; the coins go back to your wallet.
